The property is in the developed industrial zone of Nova Pazova, 5 km from the international highway, 30 km from the international airport, 40 km from Belgrade and 50 km from Novi Sad. The space is divided by a partition wall into two equal units that are connected by a transport door. The building is of concrete construction with 12 cm thick sandwich panels.
